I redesign clinical workflows, billing experiences, and critical patient data visualization, integrating AI-driven insights into an intuitive, HIPAA-compliant system.
I collaborate closely with stakeholders, PMs, developers, and client services teams, participating in sprint planning, feature discussions, and new product updates.
I have produced 90+ assets across new feature designs, UI/UX improvements, marketing websites, onboarding flows, print collateral, and product documentation.
My work directly supports a 250% increase in clinic revenue and strengthens brand consistency across digital and offline experiences.
